“It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.” Antoine de Saint ExuperyIn our life, we all may have moments or periods when we can feel vulnerable or sad, in grief, scared, angry or merely overwhelmed by the hardships we experience. We may feel that we are no longer able to enjoy life as before or that our existence is empty and meaningless. We may feel that we are in the deepest possible darkness …
Maybe you feel that you are far away from your soul, from the core of your true nature, from what you have always been…or maybe you wish to know yourself better and to develop yourself, which is one of the most important things you can do for you.
You need to be listened, to be accepted exactly the way you are, to be understood, to share your difficulties with someone else, you need your secrets to be kept, to be loved unconditionally, to begin to change yourself, to discover your inner resources and to enjoy life…
You need to rediscover the peace and meaning in your life, in order to become closer and closer to the center of your inner nature and to your own singularity…
You can discover all these step by step at the meeting with the psychotherapist. I am waiting for you at my office so that we can get to know each other and to discover together what your problems or difficulties are and what and what is the best way to approach them.

WHAT WE CAN DO TOGETHER
“The dark is always deepest before dawn”
You can come to counselling or psychotherapy in order to know yourself better and develop yourself harmoniously; take a difficult decision; face problems in your couple or family life; cope better with stress, pain, mourning, fear, loneliness, sadness or anger; agree with yourself; discover the meaning of your life; have better relationships with the others; approach psycho-somatic problems.
You can come to individual counselling or to group psychotherapy (couples or families).
What could your benefits be?
INDIVIDUAL BENEFITS:
-You could find the peace and meaning in your life again, by becoming closer and closer to the center of your inner nature and to your own singularity.
– You can develop your personality harmoniously, bringing into the light your resources or “the immortal water” of your soul
-Living on well with yourself and with your darkest and undesired aspects
– You could have more mature relationships with the people around you: family, colleagues, acquaintances.
COUPLE BENEFITS:
– You accept that a relationship involves much more than love.
– You learn how to keep a healthy and alive couple relationship, taking in consideration both your and your partner’s needs.
– You find out how you can keep your couple alive when you and your partner become parents.
– You can approach your possible difficulties from your sexual life
PARENTS BENEFITS:
-You can better understand your children and your children’s specific needs according to their age.
– You can relate in a creative and authentic manner with your children.
– You learn how you can become real friends with your child, wether he is very young or a teenager.
– You train how to keep the fragile balance between tolerance, love and setting limits, in the relationship with your children.
CHILDREN BENEFITS:
– They can learn to overcome some obstacles in their emotional or intellectual development
– They can express themselves in therapy in a proper manner according to their age: by drawing, modelling, using sandplay therapy, fairy-tales, etc.
– They can find a way to balance the external requests and expectations
( coming from parents, teachers, society ) and their own individuality.
WHICH SHOULD THE FIRST STEP BE?
The first step should be that you come to counselling or psychotherapy so we can get to know each other and to discover together what your problem or your difficulty is and which the most appropriate way to approach it might be.
The therapeutic frame will also be presented during the first hour of therapy:
– What confidentiality means in the psychotherapy process
– The duration, frequency and cost of the psychotherapy hours
– Your rights and obligations in psychotherapy
– What psychotherapy can and cannot do
– What the success of a psychotherapy is based on
ONLINE PSYCHOTHERAPY– only in exceptional circumstances, when a face-to-face psychotherapy in the office is not possible.
“ A tree that you can no longer embrace, has grown from a mere seed.
A building like in fairy-tales is based on a hand of clay.
A thousand kilometers journey begins with a single step.”
(Tao 64)
